Our foundation: passion forged in integrity
Our passion for building began long before E&C Signature Estates was founded. My brother Cody and I, Evan, started working in construction while still in high school, at just 16 years old. We were drawn to the tangible satisfaction of building something lasting with our own hands.
After serving in the military, we both returned to construction — but quickly realized we weren’t satisfied with the quality standards in much of the industry. Too many homes were built to meet bare minimums rather than to stand the test of time. The craftsmanship we valued was missing.
